Those poor horses. Horse-drawn carriages should be illegal. Horses spook easily, they drag tourists around in the blistering hot sun, breathing in exhaust fumes. Horses need ENORMOUS amounts of water to be healthy, winter or summer. And most carriage horses simply do not get enough water.
