This was the off of US-1 at the entrance to Matanzas State Park. I run a lot and have come across many deer in the area. They are just good at staying to secluded wooded areas. I never did figure out an actual place to leave the car and go into the park and gave up after seeing this fellow.
Where is this? I've never seen a deer in Saint Augustine
